In celebration of Pollinator Month, the team at Front & Main is proud to partner with Barr Hill Gin for an exclusive five-course dining experience. The evening begins with a (weather-permitting) outdoor reception, followed by three savory courses and a dessert, each expertly paired with cocktails featuring Barr Hill’s award-winning spirits, made with raw honey sourced from around their sustainable Vermont distillery.
While you eat, sip, and socialize, you’ll learn about Barr Hill’s eco-conscious distilling practices and hear from Chef Matt Zita and the Front & Main bartending team about the inspiration behind the evening’s menu. We’ve got a few surprises in store—and a portion of the night’s proceeds will benefit local apiaries dedicated to supporting Maine’s vital pollinator population.
